The Basics of Coherence is a live virtual 6-week course where you will learn fundamental Life skills to regulate your nervous system and reclaim your attention.

These practices support you to own your space, your power, your energy as you navigate the complexity of everyday living.

 
 
 

Over 6 weeks together

In this experiential online journey with Jaime, you will learn the 6 Basics of Coherence, how to hold your Self in the world and how to regulate your nervous system.

You will learn practical energy and attention practices that you can immediately use in your daily lives and work. These skills support and enable you to be centered, grounded and present so that you can live and work with more ease.

The Basics of Coherence is a lighter, online version of the Being Sovereign, designed for those who have limited time or can’t join in-person.

In this virtual course you learn the foundational practices that we cover in the intensive in-person workshop.

Two times are offered each day allowing for participation via Zoom from around the world in different timezones.

  • Discernment around what is your energy versus the energy of others

  • Increased awareness of the subtle and unconscious ways of communicating, and ‘felt-sense’ of energy
