Dr. Jaime Lee is a medical doctor, teacher and facilitator of team and systemic healing. She committed to transforming people’s ability to live, love and lead through the power of rest.
Integrating experience from the worlds of medicine, business, public health, leadership and ceremony, Jaime works with leaders and companies from around the world, from Australia, Singapore, Switzerland to USA.
She offers workshops and retreats aimed at deepening people’s capacity to connect with the nervous system, the body’s intelligence, and the greater intelligence of Life, recognising their innate resourcefulness and exploring deep self-care.
Jaime approaches her work with deep compassion, curiosity, a gentle spirit and a playful sense of humour.
Believing that it is important we look after every aspect of our body, including our spirit, intelligence, emotions and health, she works systemically to support teams and groups to increase our awareness of health, sovereignty and rest.
Dr. Jaime has a medical degree from Monash University, trained as a surgical resident, and graduated magna cum laude from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Public Health, majoring in health systems and behavioural health change. Following her masters, she worked at global management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, specialising in health systems policy and organisation transformation.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia to Chinese-Malaysian parents, she is a devout foodie, loves dinosaurs and dogs, and can be found devouring books and dancing in her spare time.
